I am an experienced and qualified male counsellor in Brighton working in one to one counselling. Since 2005 I have been counselling at Chichester Counselling Services as well as running cognitive behaviour therapy groups in several Sussex towns. I am full member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP)

I trained for four years as a counsellor for Chichester Counselling Services. I have run therapeutic groups with cognitive behavioural therapy since 2005. Simultaneously, I have been working one to one with counselling clients psychodynamically since 2005. I have been supervised at every point. Prior to this, I have a lengthy academic background as well as holding down various jobs in sales, banking, voluntary work and pastoral care. I've personally benefited from counselling myself with both short and long term work on several occasions for a wide variety of different issues which started with family bereavement.
